billing

New clients will be invoiced upon completion of the job. Payment is due within 7 days.

Repeat clients will be invoiced on the 15th and last day of each month. Payment is due within 15 calendar days.

A 10% late fee will be applied for each 15 days payment is overdue. 

Availability

Jobs are received by me between the hours of 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. CST. Jobs received after 9 p.m. and before 8 a.m. will be considered received at 8 a.m. on the following day. For example, if you send a transcript to me at 11 p.m. CST on Monday, I will receive the job at 8 a.m. on Tuesday. If you are requesting standard turnaround, your transcript will be completed and returned to you no later than Friday at 8 a.m.

Please contact me prior to sending a job with the length of job and expected due date. This ensures I have the time to complete the job by the deadline. 

For long jobs, please contact me ASAP. I request that any transcripts longer than 200 pages be sent in smaller sections (around 50 pages). If we are both working on it in pieces, we can get it done in a much more timely manner. 

"messy" transcripts

While I don't expect an error-free transcript, I do ask that you make sure your transcript has been scoped. The more errors there are on a page, the harder it is to ensure a perfect transcript. 

I reserve the right to charge an extra $.10/page for extra messy transcripts. If this becomes necessary, I will email you to discuss your options before proceeding.
